There is now way to ever full comprehend the complete health of any one student, but we strive to keep the student's health our top priority. With the help of the student's body awareness, consistent warm-up and stretching sessions, and through management, we try to keep our students in optimum levels. With this broad overall view, we strive to keep our students healthy at all levels.

Water is not a reward. The coaches stress from Day 1 that when students are in need of hydration, they are expected to get water. We build in times of full-team hydration - but if a student needs to get a drink - they need to go and get a drink regardless if we are in the middle of a training sessions or in skill development.
